Two-factor authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of security beyond just a password, significantly enhancing the protection of user accounts.
Security is our priority! We have two 2FA methods available to users, including SMS text messages and email authentication.
Every time you log into your Ribbon account you will be instructed to provide a unique code. This code is sent either by SMS text or to your email account.
In cases where users are unable to access their phones or are international, the option to resend the code via text message or email provides flexibility and ensures account security.
A pop-up window will appear providing you with the option to have the code sent again by SMS or by email.
