      Empowering Recurring Donations with Ribbon: A Guide for Donors

      This knowledge base article addresses the question of whether individuals can contribute recurring donations through Ribbon.

      Recurring Donations with Ribbon:

      1. Giving Options: Donors can choose to make monthly contributions using Ribbon's giving forms or campaigns.

      2. Utilizing Giving Forms: Ribbon's giving forms, whether used independently on personal websites or in conjunction with Ribbon Campaign pages, feature the convenient "Give Monthly" option.

      3. Monthly Processing: Monthly donations are processed automatically each month on the same date as the original gift. For example, if a donor gives on the 25th, the subsequent month's donation will process on the 25th.

      Managing Recurring Gifts:

      1. Cancelling Recurring Gifts: Donors can easily cancel their recurring gifts at any time. This can be done by clicking the provided link in the receipt email received after their most recent donation.

      2. Updating Payment Methods: Ribbon empowers donors to update their payment methods conveniently, ensuring uninterrupted support for their chosen cause.

      3. Donation History: Donors have access to a comprehensive history of their contributions, allowing them to track and review their previous donations.
