Tracking Grants or Budgets in Your Account

With the latest update to our platform, you can now easily track the total amount of grants or budgets within your account.

Accessing the Feature: Navigate to the "Operations" section in your account dashboard. Choose either "Grant" or "Budget" from the available options.


Setting Amounts for Grants or Budgets: Once you've selected the desired category (grant or budget), you can input the amount you've allocated for it. This initial amount serves as the total fund available for the respective grant or budget.


Tagging Transactions: As you make transactions within your account, you can now tag them with the corresponding grant or budget. When tagging a transaction, ensure you specify the grant or budget it relates to.

This example shows a Bill Pay transaction. Notice the transaction detail shows how much the budget has remaining:

Real-Time Calculation: The platform automatically calculates and updates the total amount spent from the grant or budget as you tag transactions. This real-time calculation provides instant visibility into how much of the allocated fund has been utilized.

Monitoring Fund Utilization: By regularly checking the grant or budget section in your account, you can monitor the remaining balance and track expenditures. This monitoring helps in staying within budget limits and making informed financial decisions.
